It is a Civic Asociation founded in november of 1973, with character of mayour state participation enterprise, sectored to the Agriculture, Stockbreeding, Rural Development, Fishing and Feeding Secretariat (SAGARPA). |

El INCA Rural The Institue's attention is oriented toward design, implementation and evaluation of intensive training programs nationwide, with a focus on local and regional high marginality, to develop capabilities in the professional services providers, in the rural develpoment coordinators, in priority groups, social organizations, enterprises, federal, state and municipal public officials; enabling them to identify oportunity areas and make development proyects, that improve their production processes, business, organizational and enterprises for a better insertion in the productive chains, aggregation and retention value, as well as get better life and incomes conditions access. |

I Mision and Vision of the INCA Rural |

Vision
INCA RURAL is a leader in the development of capacities social and economic actors and public sector, that participates in rural and coast zones.
It is recognized at nationally and internationally level, for being a leader in adult training methods for the rural sector, as well as the academic quality fot its presential and distance training programs, educational materials and for its research and evaluation processes that will ensure continuous improvement.
Mission
Develop capabilities of rural people, public, socials and private professionals and institutions, by design, programs and participation processes coordination and promotion, non-formal education, training, evaluation, accreditation and certification, which contribute raising the level of human development and employment, improving income, supply the internal market, and reversing degradation of ecosystems in rural and coastal zones.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES: |

1st Objective
Strengthening capacities for sustainable human development in rural sector, through the articulation of inter-institutional efforts and resources at federal, state and municipal levels, by encouraging broad participation of rural society. (SINACATRI)
2nd Objective
Operate and coordinate efforts to develop capabilities that enhance the competitiveness in the rural sector and environmental care, increasing labor productivity levels, family income and linkage with markets, through implementation of organization sectoral strategies, training and technical assistance. (SAGARPA) |
